Default Big Ben

What is the latest on Ben and his ribs. I have to believe that it was not that serious, but it was a good reason to hold him out of the last game for rest/healing. Only news I get is ESPN and they are too much in love with the Jets, Eagles, Falcons, and Pats to talk about the STEELERS.

I've only heard his interview yesterday and of course he said he's doing good. He didn't elaborate, of course. Bill C. said that everyone is ready to go for Saturday. Everyone that has injuries is listed as probable.

From the Steelers web site:

How are your ribs now?

They are getting a lot better. I don?t even feel them now. I know that they are there but I don?t feel them.

Do you have any pain when you throw the ball?

No, not yet. I haven?t got hit in two weeks so we?ll see.

Just a hunch though, if you went 13-0 in your rookie season, I don't think I'd be feeling anything anyway this week.

ben should be fine. The O-line will make sure nobody gets a cheap shot at those ribs!

they'll double up with an extra flapjacket around those boys too, just to be safe..but u know if the jets get a chance to drive him into the ground, they surely wont pass it up.
