Yeah they said this same crap when we played Denver in the AFCCG two years ago and we all know how that game tunred out for us.

The whole altitude factor is all a bunch of overrated crap. When are they going to learn. We have a pretty good conditoned team so they should be able to adapt to it fairly easy.

Sounds to me that coach Tomlin is defenitaly messing with the media on this one He even said it with somwhat of a smirk on his face like he was just joking around.

Again with the stupid "Denver Mile High Altitude advantage". If that were the case, the Broncos wouldn't have gotten their butts handed to them by a warm-weather west coast team (The Chargers), and would go undefeated at home every year.

These are trained professional, conditioned, veteran athletes. Didn't stop them in the AFC Title game, and it won't stop them here.

I have never bought into all this altitude hype. The effects are may be noticeable if you are a 50 year old smoking fat man trying to hike a mountain, but these guys are all in good shape, not to mention the fact that the game is being played at 5,300 feet, not 53,000 feet.

A few years ago, I could feel a difference when I was in Santa Fe... which is just shy of 7000 feet.

However, I wasn't in the shape a professional football team is in.

I too have to question the man's name... Jack Daniels? WHAT?

Well living in Denver I can tell you that the altitude will affect people somewhat (I was also a 400m runner in college so I have been an athlete in this altitude as well). All it really effects is the amount of stamina one has, for instance FWP will probably have to take a break after each 50+ yard runs he breaks to catch his breath, LOL. Basically recovery times will need to be increased so we will probably see more subs than normal, especially if the Donkeys figure out how to mount a sustained long drive. If we continue to get 3 and outs we will be fine.

It wasn't us sucking oxygen on the sideline..........it was Jake the Snake, if I recall correctly. We were kicking their hineys so bad he was hyperventalating.

Not worried.
