Is there any way you can take all of the 15 different threads that everyone decided to start to put in their 2 cents on the game, and just put them all in 1


really, essentially, they are all bitching about the exact same things. I could post the same message in 10 of those threads and it wouldn't deviate at all from the main point of the thread .... which is to bitch about the loss, only problem is, there are 10 different threads that bitch about the loss.


for instance. preacher just posted "hey ... steeler nation ..."

6 of one , half dozen of the other, please. I could read that exact post in about five othre threads.

basically telling everyone to chill the hell out, and that we arent the rooneys blah blah,

isnt there a thread called "the sky isnt falling" that deals with the same thing?

and then preach even posted ANOTHER thread right after the game that was something like "ok i wanna be the first to say, fire the rooneys blah blah blah"

**** sorry preach!, i mean it was just an easy example.

Actually, my first post "Fire Arians" was very tongue in cheek... cause I knew the storm that was a'coming.

The second one however, was not. It was a seperate thread trying to point out the sanity of staying balanced.

But your point is well taken and I agree... funny how multiple threads jump out after every game... while they don't start, they end up saying the same thing.

Simple. Stay off the Steeler's forum.
Cruising the other forums allows you to avoid duplicate threads about the Steelers.

To go along with what Mosca said, if people didn't feel they had to comment on every similar thread and would just post on one, the others would drop from the 1st page quickly. The Mods have more to do than keep merging threads and shutting down duplicates.

I understand where you're coming from, Paw, but the fact is we've had a lot of "bitch" threads that have all been about different aspects of Sunday night's game. We try to merge as many duplicate or similar threads as we can, but this week, let's face it, there was a LOT to complain about.
