It's time for the players to execute. You can talk all you want, but it ain't worth a damn if players don't execute.

It helps to hear him acknowledge what is brutally apparent with BR. Ben's tolerance for risk exceeds the Steeler's. Can you say Suzuki Hayabusa?

What I'm NOT hearing from Tomlin may be more telling. Nary a mention of how crappy our O-line is playing. Preferably this is not a bad case of denial but rather the last attempt to pretend the genie is not out of the bottle for the rest of the league to see.

Our problems this season are UNFIXABLE.

When Ben was playing Houdini in the Bengals, Ravens & Browns games everyone cheered but now he is being told to get rid of the ball - will be interesting to see how Ben responds to last week's tactic of spying + forcing him left rather than right when he leaves the pocket.

The scary thing may be that Tomlin believes that the OL is playing as well as its limited + declining talents allow & that the "skill" position players need to pick up the slack.

I really like Mike Tomlin. Once he gets everyone on the same page, this team could be scary good.

I have been saying this about Faneca for along time now and I have not changed my mind and dont see it happening anytime soon. You know what I think?
I think that former Center Jeff Hartings made him look good and never got the credit for it.
