Ultimate Rams Tailgate

Greetings everyone, it is now only 1 more week until Steeler Nation turns St.Louie black n gold!! Once again, I am writing to remind all of you about our Holiday Main Event, an ALL-DAY, Gateway Steelers, Steel City Mafia/ICE tailgate?taking place at the parking lot of the Casino Queen in Beautiful E.St.Louis, ILL. This party is open to ALL Steeler fans and a select few Rams fans?if they think they can handle a REAL tailgate party.

As stated previously, the action begins around 10:00a.m (game time is not until 7:15). We will be having a raffle for a ?wheel barrel FULL of booze?, a 50/50 drawing, Steel City Mafia raffles AND an autograph session with former Steeler great Louis Lipps. Food will be provided by Sharky?s of Collinsville, ILL. OH, by the way, there will be lots of Iron City, IC Lite, Yingling, Miller Lite and of course, all the Anheuser products you name. Many of the local Steeler fans have volunteered to supply these beverages.

Steel City Mafia will be heavily present at this event. We shipped in materials for sale and we will be offering memberships throughout the day. We will be within a 50 yard Fast Willie Parker TD run from the MetroLink station, which is only a 2 minute ride to the Jones Dome.

sweet ! do we need a parking pass ? also how much will the food be ? or can we donate or bring our own food ? thanks eric

food will be provided and no pass needed!! you are welcome to bring whatever you want WE want to Have alot of Steeler Gear so we can turn STL Black AND Gold!

I'll be there, I should get into town around noon for checkin at the hotel and then I'll be over. Hey if anyone is staying the night after the game and wants to continue the celebration at the local bars afterwards I'm down for that too.

I've never been to St. Louis.......but I heard that East St. louis is the car jack capital of the world. what have you guys heard, is it secure? i just joined SCM will i need a membership card to get in, what about the cost of the food and beer?

That is untrue. ESL has its share of crime, but I think North County in St. Louis is the place you really do not want to be. There is not much that happens in the area of where the tailgate is. The Casino Queen is pretty well lit, and there is tons of traffic there. I park there and catch the Metrolink for Cardinals games all the time and have had no problem.

Also, if you don't want to park at the Queen, you can park at other stops along the Metrolink and then take it to the tailgate and the game. Here is the info for travel on the Metrolink: metrostl.org/. Hope this helps!

Also do I need to have my SCM membership card to get in the tailgate?
I just joined so it has not arrived in the mail yet.
