actually, its more like marrying your highschool sweetheart, both going in decide that you want to have kids, and raise a family. Then 12 years later, she's too worried about her career, or maybe its her body, or maybe she's just tired of you, and she decides that she doesn't want kids and that its your tough luck. So you can A. Stick it out with the Gal who told you she had the same goals as you and bite the bullet, or B. Leave the Gal for one that has the same goals as you in the long term.

Jones chose option B. He left the highschool sweet heart who changed her mind about the way she wanted the marriage to go, and went for the girl that now thinks along the same lines as he does. Which is, He's a football coach, and he wants to be successful at doing the job he loves, coaching football. So he's going somewhere where he will be appreciated and get the opportunity to win football games. His way.
