Well, those that worry about losing a home game to "jolly old England," can relax for at least one more year.

Looking at the schedule right now I have to say the most intriguing match ups are going to be the Patriots, Colts, Jags, and Cowboys. Right now the schedule in my opinion leads us to a 12-4 season. Which an earlier poster mentioned this may not allow them to have a chance to play down to anyone.

The one nice thing about next year is that besides the two placement games played from the AFC, the AFC north still plays the same opponents. The Ravens, Bengals, and Browns all play the NFC East and AFC south like us. If we run the table in our division (which really could be done), We could end up 4-6 with the remaining schedule and still win our division with a 10-6 record. I have a difficult time seeing The AFC north champ next year having better than a 10-6 record. 11-5 would be a nice season.

We should be able to find some nice prospects in the draft. Other wise we're going to have to look for a good battle from Nate and Ced.

our defense was playing solid until about week 9 or 10... then the run D started falling apart and when that happend the opposing team's passing game opened up and they just lit us up...

Not going to argue with that.

The AFC North...I think we all know the story here.
The Pats...we all know the story here too.
I hate the Chargers.
I hate the Jaguars.
I hate the Cowboys.
I hate the Clots.
I hate "the other pro football team from PA".

Personally I look forward to having a tougher schedule. That way when we roll shot gun over our opponents no one can say we had an easy schedule to pave the way to the playoffs and Super Bowl.

Then we can once again look directly into the eyes of the enemy and say, "Look, no cheating!"
