3. What promises are we living on? Goodell apparently was "promised" by the Pats the tapes only went back to 2006 and now tells Specter the tapes went back to 2000 - sounds like Goodell was living on the promises made by the Pats, which were about as flimsy as Mr. Wonderful's pass protection 2 weeks ago.

Denial is a powerful defense mechanism - keep on denying if it helps you endure the shame of being a Pats fan.

No shame in being a Pats fan. I didn't cheat. Right now everything is just speculation. Though it's likely true, nothing as been prooved yet so I intent to enjoy this dynasty to the full extent until the hammer falls.
