Default Al Oliver Signing in Cincy 3/29/08

I just found out about this at our local sports card shop. If anyone in the Cincy area is interested. Any burgh'ers familiar with him?

OMG Scoops!!! Every Pirates fan from the 70's era would remember Al Oliver! He was my favorite Pirate and I was so saddened when he went to the Rangers.

Great to know that he's still out and about!

The guy was one hell of a hitter MJC. He also drove in the first run ever at Three Rivers. It's a shame we don't have anybody on our current roster who can hit a ball like he did.

Yep, I was pretty bummed when he went to the Rangers too. The good old days.
