Yep, McHale never could quite put a good enough supporting cast around KG in Minnesota. I remember going to see the two home games for the Nuggets in their first round series against the T-Wolves during the '04 playoffs (which the Nuggets lost 4-1) and Garnett was clearly the best player on the floor in both games. Incidentally, that same postseason would be the farthest the T-Wolves ever got in the playoffs - they wound up losing the Western Conference Finals to the Lakers.

I really hope the Hawks can beat the celtics, I really love Al horford (AL 4 ROY!!!) Sorry good plug time, yea but I think the hawks have some what of a chance, If they dont win it will be Lakers Vs. Celtics.

i cant believe the spurs drew the suns in the 1st round. thats gonna be one hell of a series and a damn good team wont advance.

i'll definitely be watching all 7 games in that series (i dont think either team will win in fewer than that).

fansince, can you perhaps change the title to 2008 NBA Playoffs and maybe we get a little more traffic in this thread?

I'm a Bulls/Spurs Fan. More so Bulls but they didn't make it. Oh well. Guess I have to go the route of Spurs to the title.

maybe not about the playoffs, but Isiah Thomas was finally fired from the knicks

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080418/..._knicks_thomas

without him I smell playoffs next season

Mark Jackson may replace him

don't forget about Ray Allen, he was brought in last year and has helped them a lot

I still want them to lose . doubt the hawks will do it though
