Default Will the real TB please stand up!

I figured, being a Steelers fan and a Terry Bradshaw Fan, I'd play with some Stats in regards to the Superbowl QBs we've seen since I hear that Tom Brady is one of the Best ever and My guy never gets mentioned.

Terry, First game1974. 9-14 96 yrds, 6.9av. 1Td 0 Ints. 64.9% 108.00 Rating. Win
Tom, First game 2001. 16-27 145 yrds, 5.4av. 1Td 0 Ints. 59.3% 86.2 Rating. Win

Wait a second, I thought Tom was “the man”. How could Terry have a better rating in his first game? Well lets go on and see.

Terry, Second Game 1975, 9-19, 209 yrds, 11.0av 2 Tds 0 Ints. 47.4% 122.5 Rating. Win
Tom, Second Game 2003, 32-48, 354 yrds, 7.4 av, 3 Tds 1 Int. 66.7% 100.5 Rating. Win

A lower rating For Tom. But he had great numbers? Hold on…I bet Tom gets better.

Terry, Third Game 1978, 17-30, 318yrds, 10.6 av, 4 Tds 1 int. 56.7% 119.2 Rating. Win
Tom, Third Game 2004, 23-33, 236 yrds, 7.2 av, 2 Tds 1int. 69.7% 110.0 Rating. Win

Hey, Terry Got better! Tom got a better Rating, then himself the prior year that is.

Terry Forth Game, 14-21, 309 yrds, 14.7 av, 2 Tds 3ints 66.7% 101.9 Rating. Win
Tom Forth Game, 29-48, 266 yrds, 5.5 av, 1 Tds, 0 ints, 60.4% 82.5 Rating. Loss

Well well well…how interesting, for all the talk of a "big game" QB, I say Terry Bradshaw actually gets better as he plays in more and more Superbowls while the other guy...well not so much.

How can you expect TB to get better when he can no longer review video tapes of the defensive schemes of opposing teams?

I think you need to recalculate utilizing the camera formula for the the punk in NE.

Cheating or no cheating, Tom Brady hasn't gotten better in the big games. He's actually starting to regress. I guess having 40 year old men on defense does matter in today's NFL.

14 points, with the most high powered offense ever! Yeah, nice game.

Just wanted to BUMP this post cause I'm feeling all nostalgic having worn my Terry Bradshaw Jersey to work today.

These SuperBowl stats STILL make me smile.

How is TB's rating so high in a game where he threw 3 picks?? That doesn't seem right to me.

Im guessing his high completion percentage, and yards contributed to the high rating.

Bradshaw is without a doubt one of the greatest big game QB's of all-time! I'd almost say he had the prettiest deep ball I've ever seen.
