Default Who's sent a-packin'?

If I did my counting right, we have 32 players to release before our official 53-man roster is set and manned for the 2008-9 battle. Sure it's early, but why not give the steelers buffs a chance to submit their perfect roster. As mini camp battles begin to progress the list becomes less and less foggy, but getting it dead-center in early may would be mighty impressive....

There is 41 of the 53 right off the top of my head that I think has a little better chance than 50/50 come september..

You could also add mcfadden and timmons to that list.

This may be obvious, but the 53 man roster also has to include Reed, Warren and Sepulveda, right? And who are the "specialists" on special teams that are likely to make the cut?

I see that you don't think Davenport will make the cut? (neither do I!)

So you have 41 plus Timmons, McFadden, Sepulveda and Reed. That's 45 (46 if you count the LS whose name escapes me).

7 spots left.....Hmmm...

im quite sure that mundy has a great oppurtunity to make the roster as a DB since he has experience at both CB and S

essex should be on the list... somewhere... i think at LT most probably...

and stapleton should be on the list for guards/centers..

i almost forgot since ur DE depth was looking low i thought of krischke.. thats all i can think of... im not sure if mcbean was on the team or the practice squad...
