Prayers for Ma

I received the sad news this morning that my former mother-in-law passed away very early this morning. She had been in the hospital for several weeks along with my ex father-in-law who had been right down the hall but has since been transferred to a nearby rehabilitation center to begin rehabbing his fractured hip.

Ma was a wonderful mother and mother-in-law and I remained in contact with my former in-laws for many years after my first divorce. I'll never forget Ma saying "you divorced HIM, not us". She had one of the biggest hearts I've ever known and will be sadly missed by many. I am so glad that I went with my daughter to the hospital to see her several weeks ago. When she saw the flowers I brought for her, there was such a joy in her eyes and I will always remember her with love and great fondness.

Please say a prayer for Ma, as well as for her husband, my ex-husband and his family. My ex was very close to his parents and this has really hit him hard. My heart breaks for him.
