Thank you all for the prayers, Sometimes I just feel like giving up but all of you are helping me not to. Thank you for the prayers.

Still nothing encouraging from the docs.

Looking online now for a specialist and have the mother of my son's freind who works for a Doc looking also.

Again thank you all for the prayers they are helping me get through this.

Love all of you, but I still love the Browns too.

We're praying for you Steve. I sure hope you're around long enough to see the Browns win a superbowl. That would ensure that you will live a very long life!

Hey buddy! If you're posting, I know you must be feeling somewhat better!

You can't give up - where would you go? You're way too ornery for Heaven and the devil is afraid you'd take over.

Seriously - don't EVER give up. With all I've dealt with medically over the last 6-7 years, I firmly believe that God never puts more on our shoulders than He feels we can bear. Besides - we'd be lost around here without your great (but warped - LOL!) sense of humor and input.

If you could handle the trips back and forth to the Burgh, UPMC Presbyterian has excellent physicians in just about every specialty. Just don't wear your Browns jersey if you decide to give them a shot - you may end up hurtin' a little more when you leave than when you went in.

Thanks for the warning. Prayers are welcome but someone needs to put away the VooDoo doll of me.

I got a pin the other day where I won't mention, oh that was the nurse ... never mind.

Why do nurses always say "we are going to get a shot," then get upset when you tell them "they can go first."

Had the MRI with contrast, and don't you know they told me "We are going to get an IV with contrast and we may get a little sick to the stomach" Told her to go first and let me know if she gets sick because I don't want to. In fact she could have mine also.

She had no sense of humor, especially when I asked her if she had an empty pocket I could get sick into.

He bra wouldn't hold a large piece of snot. I think it was a training bra as small as she was but she had a huge butt, I know where all her fat went ... south.

Well I have the X-rays and now for the doc to look at them charge me a furtune and tell me something I don't want to here. "You got Mustard on these!" Actually it is horse radish.

I get to hear this on next Thursday, until then I live in pain but thae pain will be worse when I get his bill I bet. And he is in Network.

I see what they now mean when they say your over the hill, you run faster but that is just to the bathroom.

Just found out from the Docs I am now facing surgery, on my vervical neck and the prognosis is not good. Said I may not survive the surgery because of my heart. There is an alternative procedure but the insurance does not want to pay for it. alternative costs 4000.00 surgery costs 90,000 to 100,000. Go figure.

Both would be done by the Neurosurgeon, b ut the insurance company says it won't cover it. I am appealing the decession. May get a lawyer involved.

I believe they are trying to kill me now. Must be a Steelers fan doing the review. LOL.
