I really wish they'd make it a requirment to win at least 7 games to get into a bowl game. If you can't at least get to one game above .500, you don't deserve to play in a bowl game.

Georgia quarterback Matthew Stafford and running back Knowshon Moreno, who led the SEC in passing and rushing this season, respectively, are expected to announce Wednesday that they will enter April's NFL draft.

I want to know, when are we going to get a USC vs SEC winner Title Game.

Seriously...it seems like every year, we get an SEC team vs Someone else game, and USC punching someone in the face.

Minus they year USC lost to Texas, we always have to hear about USC being the best team in the country not in the title game. And the year they claim an AP national title, Oklahoma played LSU.

USC played Oklahoma the time that Auburn went unbeaten.

It just seems like for some reason, we never get the USC vs SEC best, game that we all obviously want.

I agree completely Fins. I am a huge Georgia fan though. Stafford is projected to go high 1st round and will assuredly go to a crappy team with an even crappier O-line (of course that would happen next season too). He will be running for his life. My main reason is I think he needs that extra year to hone his mechanics.

Knowshon, on the other hand, is ready. Damn sure hate to see him go after only 2 seasons though. In his short time, he'd already broke some of Herschel's records and Walker played 3 before going to the USFL and waisting the best years of his career.

PS. Good luck tomorrow night, I'll be pullin' for dem Gators!

My prediction: It's a tight game for 3 quarters, but Florida's speed on defense takes over the game in the 4th.

USC ALWAYS chokes against some 5th rate team, and the PAC-10 schedule is too watered down for their sos to pull them back into the hunt. They can only blame themselves...Oregon State? Really?


As for Stafford, I think he'll be like the 5th or 6th best QB in this class. Much better to stay.

Well, the SEC can still claim supremacy even though the national media was slobbering all over the Big XII this season.

If Tebow comes back, I think UF will be the favorite to win it all again. Then in 2010, maybe Bama will be ready.

Once the Big XII learns how to play defense, then maybe they'll figure out how to win national championships.

Texas plays defense.

Tebow will come out. Why would he stay? He'll be an H-back or something on Sunday's, but he's talented enough to be a really good NFL player. Just not under center.
