Thumbs up ran into Franco
Went to the Iggles game last week. 20 minutes before kickoff, there was Franco Harris, wandering solo around the Great Hall. Very cool about shaking hands and posing for a photo. Awesome dude.

Never got a chance to meet Franco, met Rocky once and got an autographed football.
Franco always look and acted like a very nice and considerate person. Something that a lot of todays players could take a lesson from.
I also think he is a very underrated player, at least outside of Pittsburgh he is.

From what I hear, Franco Harris doesn't often turn down a handshake, photo, and occasional autograph. He's a real down to earth guy, which I think is cool.

And yes, he is very underrated outside of Pittsburgh.

Wow that was difficult. I must be computer illiterate.

Anyway, as you can see, Franco looks great--probably looks younger than me although I was 9 when he was winning his first ring.

I also took a pic of me and the kids by his statue in the airport--hope to combine the two into a nice combo frame
