Mendenhall vs. Ravens .... Start him?

Trying to get some good point totals with my team this week since I'm versing a rival buddy of mine. Currently I have Selving Young (DEN) and Willis McGahee (BAL), yes I know I know but my picks got auto picked this year.

Anyways, those are my only two backs this week, with Ronnie Brown (MIA) having a Bye and Westbrook (PHI) being injured. I know Mendenhall has sent some kind of TXT to a buddy of his on the Ravens and it has them stirred up over the fact he said he's going to have a big game. He is still in the Free Agency in my league, and was wondering what opinions would be towards picking him up for htis week?

Well, I'm starting him. I don't have many other options though. In my ESPN standard league it's between Mendy or Roy Williams in the flex spot so I'm going Mendenhall.

I think Mendy will get his carries later in the game when we are up and controlling the clock. The Steelers OL has a bad rep...they are dominant run blockers...

I'd start him at the flex position, unless you have someone much better to have there

who knows, maybe he gets at least a td
