Berg VS Obama et al

Not sure how many folks here have been following this case, but in short Phillip Berg filed a plaintiff against Obama to prove his U.S. Citizenship and legal right of qualification for President. It stalled for awhile, but recently a citizen filed a "Right to Know" for the upcoming election.

Thought it was interesting. I have no accompanying article, so it might be a bit lawyerish for some of you.

I am sure, legally or illegally, this has been taken care of YEARS ago.

And before anyone wonders why I said illegally... regardless of party, if someone wants to run for president, you KNOW that this stuff has been taken care of by his or her party, even if it takes a bit of creative work to do it.

And come on, its Chicago. The only place it would be easier is Louisanna.

Like I said, I am sure it has been taken care of.

Obama has been a rising star for quite a few years now. I promise that has been checked out and backchecked again.

Obama may technically qualify as a U.S. citizen but he is very unamerican imo.

Berg is also a 9/11 truther. He sued Bush four years ago for being involved in the attacks.

I agree that this is bogus. In fact, the conspiracy theorists have already moved the goalposts by claiming the birth certificate Hawaii gave him last year was issued by a pro-Obama official so it couldn't be trusted.
