yeah pickle juice.. u drink pickle juice either thru-out the day or just after school is done and drink till the walk to the stadium... the pickle juice help prevent cramps and what not.. very good i say, keeps me going,

I played starting nose tackle at a short, fat 5'7" 200 lbs
 Had one sack and one fumble recovery in 2 years...also fractured a vertibre in my back
