The line sucked, Big Ben didn't know what to do, special teams fell through, a very bad call on the second td to Washington. Bad coaching by Tomlin? No! Maybe Arians but not Tomlin. The Rooney rule does not MAKE you hire a non-white coach, but just to interview one. Rooney had to have seen something in Tomlin to not give Labeau the job. Tomlin is young and enthusiastic. He took us from an 8-8 season to a 10-6 season with a playoff appearance. His overall record is 15-8 ecluding playoffs. That's a good record, especially for a young coach.
