Default Ben Talks About Distractions, Cheerleaders

http://www.nfl.com/videos?videoId=09000d5d80c0cdba

Atleast he is still all smiles after his 4 interception game. Ben has a short memory and thats the way it has to be. Also I wish I was in the tunnel during the pre-game warmups!!

There is something wrong with him. And no offense, but why don't you guys have cheerleaders? Steeler fans and players don't like girls?

We're crazy about our cheerleaders. Even when the Skins are having a bad season at least we got this goin' on...

We don't need no stinkin' cheerleaders.

And Big Ben better tell Little Ben to behave.

^^^Bwah!

I'm just a girl and probably have no credibility on the cheerleading issue, but they just seem so....frivolous to me. Unnecessary. High School. I feel the same way about mascots. Isn't watching your team play football enough? You need these other silly distractions to keep you interested and excited and cheering for your team? You wouldn't cheer them on regardless but need pretty girls to distract you when your team is down? Perhaps you need the pretty girls to help you understand what is happening in the game by their cheers? I admit using the cheerleaders to distract the opposing team is a pretty good strategy....but I think the Steelers players and (male) fans have pretty girls to look at at home. Just saying.

We can't watch the commercials when we're at the games. When the players are standing around for 2 minutes and we got nothing to do, I'd rather watch floozies bounce than the drunk loser in the next section puking all over himself.

Now if he were falling down the stairs... LOL

Heh. Fair enough. I'll probably never get to see a game at a stadium, and hadn't considered that perspective. I still don't think we need cheerleadeers, but point taken.
