That is exactly how I feel. Ben just seems a little shell shocked right now. I think Ben is a great quarterback but I was glad when Leftwich came in. Just being honest here....

I like leftwichs and he is great if and thats an IF! he can stay healthy, he has been unlucky though, plus he has a cannon and a half!!!!!!! As seen against the Skins.
Seriously, how fun was that to watch Leftwich fire that cannon? He did a great job last night and it looks like he's a really good back-up so far.

Good Point.

A little, low impact, sideline cheerleading may even put a smile back on his face.

Lefty did a great job. Too bad we won't be able to keep him as a backup, he's gone at the end of the year. Some team is bound to pick him up....right?

I know there will never be a QB controversy as long as Ben is healthy, I would like to see Lefty again next week though. Face it, Ben has looked like crap the last couple of weeks. He is obviously not healthy. If he had an MRI its obviously painful and possibly injured. Even if just a bruise I would like to see him rest. Byron at 100 percent is better than Ben at 70 percent or less. Now if Ben is at 80 percent or so different story.

Always want Ben to play, but if he is not 100% im all down for Lefty to come in and lead this offense to victory. Saving Ben for the playoffs is the key right now.

He came in and truly showed the talent we have on offense, lighting up all the weapons we have and as well Parker helped out as well.
Byron probably can't play at this level every game, but doing his best is what we ask for.

He was AWESOME! I'm so happy that V got guy that V can rely on like V used 2 when Batch was healthy.

So, if he's leaving next season then I wonder Y there R bunch of Lefty's Steelers jerseys that they're selling?

Can't V keep all 3?

I wish people would quit calling Ben "shellshocked". You make him sound like a weenie like Carson Plamer.

Ben is certainly not "shellshocked". He said himself in an interview that he'll sacrifice his body to get the win. If he was shellshocked, he'd have already been sitting out so his shoulder could heal properly......instead he keeps going back for more and more until his body just couldn't do it anymore. If he had any doubt that Byron was not able to handle the job, he would have stayed in that game until his arm fell off.

He might be brain dead, but he's certainly not "shellshocked".
