I have Hines' and Ben's.

Both home jerseys. One of Hines'. Two of Bens (one regular home and the other the throwback)

I've become superstitious about wearing others since those have been "winners" for me when I wear them.

Got a Willie Parker replica black jersey (stitched on letters and numbers, I hate those glued on cheap Wal-Mart knock-offs) and a Heath white one. Also, Malone and Malkin for the Pens and none for the Pirates (players don't stay long enough LOL).

I just bought a customized Polamalu from NFL.com for $212.00, however it doesn't look anywhere close to authentic like my Ward jersey. Is this normal? I expected the exact same material/quality as the pre-made authentics.

There are 3 major issues I have with the Jersey.

1. The numbers don't sit flat and are shinny?
2. The last name Polamalu looks more orange than yellow.
3. The NFL player logo is red instead of multicolored

Has anyone else noticed this? I am planning on returning it within a few days unless this is what they look like? If this is what they are supposed to look like, I am never buying another one from NFL.com again.

I only will buy established Steelers or at least been with the team over 5 yrs. Maybe its just me. Mendenhall has done anything for me to warrant buying his jersey. I never buy rookie jerseys or 2nd yr players. Right now current Steelers jerseys I would buy Big Ben, Ward, Troy, Harrison (DPOY), Farrior, I even would buy a Kiesel or Aaron Smith jersey. I wouldnt mind buying Townsend jersey. I never wear Jerseys of Ex-Steelers that didnt do much while with the team. Im funny about that
