Well as it sits now we are currently the #6 seed. We are tied with SD and KC at 8-5, ahead of SD in head to head who is ahead of KC in head to head!! If SD loses to KC then KC will jump ahead of us due to Conf record (thank again Tommy) So we just need to win out and KC needs to drop one more and we are in for sure. Currently our first game will be agains the Bungle for some revenge!

and the chargers will beat the cheifs no matter what i guarantee you that, and we will win out, sorry vikings but consider your little six game winning streak over

Yeah, I think we need to just win out...I'm sure 11-5 will get us in.

I really belive this is how the steelers are going to get to the big game.....Go in as a wild card....underdogs......and win it all
Obviously homfild advantage and first round buy is too easy for them to lose so.....lets do it the hard way....GO STEELERS

Nice spirit, but during a 3 game losing streak too many weaknesses were exposed. Add to the fact that Ben is playing with a broken thumb that needs surgery and our chances go way down especially if we have to go back to the RCA Sissy Dome where weather like yesterday mean nothing but scraping your windshield after playing in 70 degree perfect weather with crowd noise pumped into your ears via the stadium speakers.

Here's what the standings for the sixth seed in the AFC look like this morning:

Kansas City, San Diego and Pittsburgh are all 8-5. The Chiefs have a 7-3 AFC record, the Chargers are 6-3 in the AFC and the Steelers are 6-5 in the conference.

The Steelers are still in a hole. Even though they hold the head-to-head tiebreaker over San Diego because they beat Chargers in Week 5, they're a solid 1 1/2 games behind Kansas City in the AFC tiebreaker because of conference record.

Lets win out and see what happens. If that isnt good enough. Then we will gather everyone up go find Tommy and depants him in downtown Pittsburgh! LOL
