Harrison is the best OLB...hell the best LB in the NFL, period.
He can cover, he can rush the passer, he can stuff the run. Ware, he can rush the passer but I wouldn't want him trying to cover a TE like Heath Miller, Antonio Gates, or Jeremy Shockey.
