Keep those prayers coming for little Elijah - he's fighting that evil cancer and he's going to win!

God Bless Elijah, Aaron and his wife and daughters. I am positive that their love and support have helped this sweet little munchkin through all that he has had to endure.

After reading that, I can only pray for that man and his family. To think of my daughter screaming those things to me - brought me to tears. I can't imagine, nor do I want to imagine it.

We knew about this fro a few weeks already. . . I am VERY impressed that the press has not said anything and observed his privacy. The Pit. press deserves props for that.

But Aaron Smith and his wife. . . well, It takes a real man to care that much . . and his wife sounds like a good woman too.

There are some men and women that really are too selfish to go through this stuff.

BTW, I am also happy with how the Steeler organization has handled it, though I have no doubts that 90% of the other organizations would have dealt with it in similar ways.

God bless him and his family.... I had 2 friends that had this horrible disease, one still lives today, the other died before we graduated. Horrible thing for a family to go thru.... Pray for him people!

Scott, remember Ritchie Marceron had this and so did Wendy Conners. She's in remission thank God

I knew Smith was awesome, and I knew some of the details, but I really had no idea just how close the Steelers were to each other, especially Tomlin and LeBeau.

Major props to the Smith family for enduring all of this. Hopefully little Elijah takes to treatment well.

Yeah I remember Richie. To understand what he went through and to then think about it being an infant - heart wrenching
