Photog Could Get Sacked Over Skier's Shrinkage
Posted Jan 10th 2009 3:10PM by TMZ Staff

The dude who took the incredibly awesome photos of a skier being dangled with his dangle hangin' out -- could lose his job over the incident.

Marty Odem -- a photographer who works for a company that shoots pics of skiers at Vail Mountain ski lifts -- says he's already been suspended over the pics and believes he'll probably get fired over the incident. The photo company says the pics violate the skier's privacy. No pun intended.

Odom wrote on a snowboarding website that he took the pictures on his day off and was carrying his own camera. Even with the threat of losing his job, Odem claims "the photo is worth it."

And it sooo is.

That thigh hair is pretty serious, if it's a woman I'd hate to see what her boyfriend looks like!
Poor guy! At least his face isn't world wide, just his buttcrack but he should still get a big settlement from that.

I heard he was a snowboarder trying his luck at skiing, Skiers get more good looking females, I know I used to teach at Aspen. Most there are real snobs. Hire you for all day, just to cut the lines. Most don't even tip you. Now Buddy Hackett was totally different, HE would tip half the price of an all day lesson plus pay for all your meals and you ate where he ate. HE got pissed the time I wouldn't drink more than two drinks because I told him we were skiing. HE said screw skiing lets get drunk, in fact lets screw her. He pointed to some little old lady. Then he started doing some of his act for the entire restaurant. He had everybody laughing including me although I was the brunt of some of the jokes. He said I was the only instructor in Aspen that had training wheels on my skies, he knew because he fell of them twice.

He said never eat yellow snow but your cane follow us and eat the red snow, it was the wine from our budda bags, we fells so many times on the way down we had to refill them before each run. And if we didn't fall we still had to refill them, I was the drunk on the mountain. But he was trying to reform me, get me to drink the real good stuff, Everclear. Never knew what that ws until I found out, that crap will kill you.

He was a darn good skier, would off off the trail into the woods more than once with me chasing after him.
