Need a Nfl History Lesson. Help i am nervous.

Have all four home teams ever all lost before in the divisonal round? I hope not. So far they have all lost and we can't win a 4:15 game. Good news is that kickoff is at 4:45. The cards are against us. Go Steelers T minus 27 minutes.

All I've been able to find are the records of all the playoff games on wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NFL_Playoff_Results

it doesn't list the seed of the winners of those games though, so I think it would take a good bit of researching to figure that out. I would have thought by now that some broadcaster would have brought it up by now, but no one I've heard has.

One stat I did find interesting though is that of all the teams left in the playoffs, the Steelers have the best W/L percentage at 28-19 (.596).

Carolina ( 6-3) and Baltimore (5-2) were the only ones that had better percentages, but obviously have been in far fewer playoff games.

Who cares? In 05 no one had ever done what the Steelers did, that's all you need to know.
