That would never work with the Ravens. I wouldn't say that they necesarily have divas on the team like the Cowboys, but very strong personalities like Ray Lewis, Terrell Suggs, Bartt Scott, and McGahee.

I think the next guy that's a coordinator/assistant coach that's gonna become a head coach and be excellent is Spagnuolo of the Giants. There's just something about him that screams "HC Material"!

I so agree I think when you play not to lose your team does just that instead playing to win the game in which The Steelers have been doing that. I think Tomlin sets a tone for his players that we plan to win no matter what the situation is. If we play like that then we win more often than we lose.

He has impressed me greatly. I like a tough-talking coach that isn't afraid to play against conventional wisdom. No matter what happens Sunday or in the SB if the Steelers make it, I think you have a winner in a head coach.
I felt the same way about Harbaugh. And look where he's taken that team, from 5-11 and with a rookie QB

Lots of respect for him

Though he's still going down on sunday

I was just musing, what is Brian Billick thinking right about now? Something like "I could have drafted a rookie QB from a small-time college in the 1st round and went 11-5 after a 5-11 season AND got back to AFC Championship for the second time! Uh, no, ah, well, I probably would have a rookie QB afraid to throw the ball and we'd be 6-9."

I like the aggressiveness but most of them haven't worked so far... I think he should change it up this game and take the ball on offense and jump out to a lead. Flacco plays much worse when playing from behind.

i also think the hiring of cam cameron as the OC helped out too with the progression of flacco and the offense

Oh, I have no doubts about that. Cam has done wonders with this rookie.

I totally agree. When Spags gets his chance he will shine as a HC.
