Merry Christmas All .. here's the New Years Poem
Twas the night before Christmas and all through the Dawg Pound
The Browns played the Steelers - a rivalry renowned Cleveland got a gift - a nice lump of coal They couldn't score a point - not even a field goal The Browns score started at 0 and that's where it stayed Cleveland was dominated - just totally outplayed Randle El's fumble sure made us mad But there was so much good that you forget the bad Fast Willie Parker ran for an 80 yard score The first rusher since Bettis to get 1000 + more Ben had a good day - put 34 points on the board Then Charlie Batch came in the game and scored Whether it's Harrison, Foote, Porter, or Farrior To the other teams offense - lately there's not much scarier Even the fans in the stands were disgusted As their hopes for any points kept getting busted One fan ran out on the field but we caught him Harrison body slammed him and then security got him Pittsburgh put their best Foote forward - that's how it finished Our playoff doubts were slowly diminished The Chiefs and the Jags gave us a gift by winning their game The Bills did too when they did the same The Bengals game didn't matter but it was still fun to see And the chances are better for Steelers vs Bengals Part III Everything seems to be going our way All we need to do is win next Sunday The Lions at home brings our regular season to an end Our playoff spot is what we must defend So be ready Steelers - make sure that everything clicks Let's get off to a good start in 2006 |
