The Dolphins played New England tough in Miami, and last season they beat New England in Miami... I don't think the Dolphins will survive in the cold, and New England should win.. Then Cincinnati controls where they finish.. They play at the same time, so they won't know who wins until their games are over. Pittsburgh also plays at 1:00, so I'm sure all 3 teams will rush to watch last parts of the games.

I have a couple of updates for you on Tedy's condition - both from the Mike Reiss blog (a respected Patriots journalist) http://www.boston.com/sports/footbal.../reiss_pieces/ December 30, 2005 Bruschi in focus In a sign that the calf injury suffered by linebacker Tedy Bruschi isn't too severe, Bruschi appeared in the Patriots' locker room at the end of today's media access period (11:00 a.m.-11:45 ET). He walked to his locker, put on his practice shell and jersey, and then walked out of the locker room. Bruschi exchanged brief words with two other reporters. Bruschi, who suffered a calf injury at the end of the first quarter in Monday night's game, is listed as questionable on the Patriots' injury report. We'll have an update in a bit, with a wrap from practice as well as detail from Bill Belichick's film session with the media. --Mike December 30, 2005 Bruschi at practice Tedy Bruschi was present for the media portion of Friday's practice, a sign the Patriots have dodged a potentially serious injury to their starting inside linebacker. When Bruschi injured his calf during Monday night's game, he needed help walking to the sidelines and was carted from the sideline to the locker room. Earlier today, Bruschi walked into the Patriots locker room at the end of media access (11:00-11:45 a.m. ET) and spoke briefly with two reporters. Running back Corey Dillon was also present for the media portion of today's practice, as was every other player listed on the team's injury report. Cheers NM

Suddenly, the Patriots are not simply great; they're compelling, fascinating, appearing to be almighty and a touch lawless. The Patriots didn't bother with swagger to start this NFL season; they went straight to defiant. Either you're one of them or you're about to get crushed. |

The guy lives for football which is rare - most player tell you how much they love the game and the team - then they leave for a few extra bux. NM
