A Little Something To Remember...

...this is the Pittsburgh Steelers first Super Bowl victory without Myron Cope. it was brought to my attention yesterday and it instanly saddened me a bit. but with our victory at hand, i can't be too sad because i'm sure Myron is smiling down on us, as fans and as Yinzers and saying, "Double Yoi!" =)

here's to the man.

i do truly miss this man. he was an icon for the city and a great person to be around. i had a chance to meet him very briefly but he touched my life in a fun way. i'd like to think he's proud of us as fans...and i know he keeps saying, "buy up those Terrible Towels!" haha!

Yea man absolutely. That was the first thing that came to my mind when Ben took the knee and they showed the ocean of Terrible Towels in the stands. Myron is definitely loving this one!

it's really different without hearing his voice and little quirky comments. but i'm sure he's all about it. haha!

You know Myron was twirling his terrible towel up in heaven last night. He is a Pittsburgh icon and it does suck he could be there for our six pack.
