I'm not going to instantly preach doom for the Cleveland Browns, but there needs to be better chemistry between your coach and front office. This isn't a very encouraging sign.

they really need to sit back and reevaluate their organization as a whole because something is NOT meshing over there.

honestly, that saddens me because back in the day (which was always a Wednesday by the way) they used to be something important and special in the realm of a rivalry. but, they aren't anymore. i have a lot of friends who are Browns fans...and for their sake, i would like to see the Browns become competitors again. compete...and lose. =)

That's why the Steelers are where they are in the front office.

When Tomlin came here, he didn't take down murals of the 70's Steelers, he never dissed Colbert, or marched into the North Side like a big shot. He retained Lebeau (Best decision EVER) and set out to EARN the respect of the Steelers players and staff. Lo and behold, a 22-10 record in the regular season, 3-1 in the playoffs, and a Super Bowl Championship in just TWO years.

If history is any indication, a new coach who throws out everything and runs a dictatorship only makes things worse. Which reminds me: Where is the Browns ownership in all this? Why aren't they stepping in to reel Mangina back in?
