Default Steeler's Super Bowl Big Plays neophyte mistakes

This is a quote from NFL.com

(However, the Super Bowl first-timer Cardinals made neophyte mistakes that will make the sting of the loss even harder to take. Penalties (11 for 106 yards), two turnovers (including quarterback Kurt Warner's interception that was returned 100 yards for a touchdown by Pittsburgh linebacker James Harrison) and the failure to make one stop on the Steelers' final drive that ended with a spectacular winning catch by Santonio Holmes are warts that will overshadow a game performance.)

I thought the turnovers were mostly from good defense. Was Fitz 4th Quarter TD a mistake by Pittsburgh or a good offensive call and play at the right time.

Maybe it is me reading to much into this but this Steeler team makes the plays when they need to in order to get the win. Offensive mistakes a usually a result of good defensive play.

The Steelers changed up their coverages in the 4th quarter for some reason I believe...I think they were playing like a cover 3 with Tyrone Carter or something before that and then Cards saw something and gave it to Fitz which was a good play call on their part...I think it was a mix of both on that play...going on to the interception our defense def read that play Dick knew they were either going to try to hit Fitz or Boldin with ball and James Harrison just read Warner like a book and the rest is history

So, Warner was a SB "virgin?" News to me. The INT at the end of the 1st half and the fumble at the end of the game were both on him, nobody else.

Agreed, people forget that Warner had a Fumble Problem in his career. He was known for fumbling when hit. He blamed his hurt thumb, but I think he's just got weak hands and a weak style.

I still think the first inc/fum was close. That last one was obviously a fumble, look at Kurt's expression compared to the first one. He knew...in his heart, he dropped the ball.
