Default Bungles D on the Decline

Here are some stats on their last seven games: Giving up 373 yds. per game, as well as 31 pts per game. Ben and Co. must be licking their lips.

Yes, the D has really sucked it up lately but Deltha O'Neal (an INT hound this year) has been hurt and they somewhat laid down the last two games. They're 28th in D, anything they do (sack, INT, FLR) is a plus considering that. When the offense is clicking on all gears, the pressure is taken off the D. Until we get through another draft and pick up some free agents, the D is going to be that way.

Im sure the bengals will step it up this week.. they rely on turnovers to make their defense run.. if they get a interception they can smell it and they'll start to play even more aggressive against the pass..but if u take care of the ball you can run on them all day long and then force them to commit an extra guy to the line and open up that secondary some.

Defense on the decline? I didn't know you could decline from the bottom.

All we have to do is score more points than the other team, right? lol

This is true! Thats why we need to esablish the run, control the clock, and play descent defense! That equals Steelers WIN! on to Indy!
