Rossum's Return pumps up 49ers return game..
The 49ers' contract agreement with Allen Rossum leaves the team with 11 unrestricted free agents.
Rossum averaged a career-high 26.8 yards per kickoff return for the 49ers last season, including a career-long 104-yard return at Arizona. Injuries slowed Rossum later in the season, but his big-play ability in the return game made him an important player to re-sign. Rossum, 33, also averaged 14.9 yards per punt return, a career high. |

I'm not gonna lie... I liked having him returning kicks for us. Oh well. Best of luck to him. Hopefully the CFL player will step up. lol.
