Default Steelers talking to Chris Carr.

Quote:
The Steelers have been in contact with Titans free agent return man and cornerback Chris Carr. Carr has also been contacted by the Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings and St. Louis Rams about his services. The Titans were first in the NFL in kickoff returns in 2008 and Carr also played a role as a reserve at cornerback. Carr averaged 28.1 yards per kickoff return last season.

If he doesn't want too much, bring him on in! We really need a decent return man. Then we can cut Davis.

Carr would be a nice pickup, and would be nice competition in Latrobe between him and Logan at KR/PR.

Tomlin loves training camp competitions.

I was SO worried when we fielded the kickoff with 2 and a half minutes remaining in the SB, KNOWING we wouldn't get good field position.

Depth at Corner and finally a true threat since Randle El in the return game. I like this.
