Redskins | Haynesworth indicted on misdemeanor charges

The Associated Press reports Washington Redskins DT Albert Haynesworth has been indicted on two misdemeanor charges in Tennessee after he was involved in a traffic accident that seriously injured another driver. He faces a reckless driving charge and having an expired registration. The maximum punishment for reckless driving is six months in jail and a $500 fine and 30 days and a $50 fine for the expired registration charge.

I guess money can't buy happiness.

The happened in Dec 08, but he was just indicted today. I don't remember hearing this before now either. How is reckless driving that results in serious injuries a misdemeanor??? I guess as long as you're not drinking it's OK to drive like an azzhole in Tennesee ??? I wonder if he would have been indicted at all if he resigned with the Titans??
