Steelers Are Just Sitting Around!!!

why is it that steelers are just sitting around during the free agency period. they have a great team but they have a couple week areas.

For example, our CB's, the reason we lost to New England, we lost our chance at gary baxter, samari rolle and fred smoot!! But, we can still get ty law. we need a CB for our defense

hey kid calm down , lol First off the steelers are almost always and wait and see team in FA, secound we dont have much cap room , third Fred smoot is highly over rated very in consintent, Ty is comign back froma broken foot and is 31,Rolle is very injury prone and we juts got rid of chad scott we dotn need anthior player warming the bench. and third thats whys theres a draft man calm down. and we have tayler or coc moving up .

Yes relax..the Steelers are NEVER a team to run out and try and sign everybody..we wait and see how it unfolds, and we only bring in the ones that we can afford that can help us the most. We have never been, and probably never will be a huge player in FA. We build thru the draft and plug holes in FA, till draft picks are ready. It's always been that way.

We'll be fine...and Jersey is right. Townsend and Williams didnt lose that game for us. The turnovers, and big Special Teams play did.

Of course everybody could have played better, but u cant pin it on just 1 position. :)

U kinda knew we'd get some kinda veteran, if nothing else for insurance..but yeah its odd that we acted so quickly in the offseason.

What a great signing. Sign a 15 game starter that nobody else wants when prices WR are going sky high. Brilliant. You just needed a guy to catch 40 -50 balls in our trio, who isn't afraid to return kicks. I want a dream job of working in our front office.
