Hi everyone, I have been a diehard Steeler fan my whole life. I grew up enjoying the steel curtain, Terry Bradshaw, Jack Lambert, Lynn Swan, Franco and everyone else. Every year I purchase directv´s service with the NFL Sunday ticket just so I don’t miss any game of the season, believe me I CANT MISS ANY GAME and finally I decided I can’t spend another season without watching a game in Heinz field (I am sure you guys understand, for us Steeler fans its like going to the Mecca for a Musslum). So I am making the trip from Mexico these year and was wondering if you could be so kind as to give me some pointers as to the must visit for a HUGE fan.
I now there was an Italian restaurant where Franco’s Italian Army used to gather, I now There used to be a Play honoring Mr. Art Rooney (The Chief), but I don’t want to miss anything. Thanks everyone in advance for your assistance and hope to see some of you ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I've only been down to Pittsburgh twice, and am going again this year as well. What's the difference between the Primanti's at Heinz Field and the actual one? (Sorry to jack your thread :-D)

Primanti's in Fort Lauderdale is greasy, but with a little more salt because it's on the beach.

Nothing beats the original Primantis...been there more times than i can count, i guess its all about the history of the place which makes it better...some of the new ones are more like restaurants, the original is more like a small sandwich shop
Also....Perogies Plus on Island Ave in Mckees Rocks....Im almost tempted to spend 75 bucks on 1 dozen to get them shipped here(you can order them online now) I would also check out Mt Washington overlook at night, its quite a sight to see
