Default Anyone play Madden here?
I'm currently playing on PS3 and doing a franchise with the Steelers. Does anyone have good tips for getting sacks? Woodley has 10 and he's 88. Harrison is 97 and only has 3. What gives?

I agree I sold Madden on Ebay. And now im playing All-Pro 2K8 picked it up for 20.00 at CC. I really enjoy this gm.

yea I had the same problem, Harrison for me had like 90 tackles, but 2 sacks...the playbook doesnt have the 3-4 defense, if they did, I cant find it, so I can barely get effective blitzes.

Are you using Tomlin's playbook? There's 3-4 D's in there. There's the over, under, even, stack and normal 3-4. I can't even get alot of tackles w/Harrison. My D is number 1 overall and my leading tackler is Clark followed by Troy. They seem to come up extremely fast in run support while my lbs get blocked.

Are you kidding? Have you noticed that almost every thread in this area is about Madden

Anyway, I just picked up Madden 08. I like it a lot better than 09.

What??? 3-4 is the Steelers base defense in the Madden games and has been for years!

If you want to give Harrison more sacks, switch him from right to left every now and then. Or when you're doing a blitz, I think it's L2 to switch the defense alignment.
