Default Bruce Arians

Just because you win the Super Bowl, does'nt mean you are a perfect team and change is not needed. The reason teams fail to defend their Super Bowl crowns is they don't improve their weaknesses from the previous season.

Our Weakness: Bruce Arians.

The reason our team was ineffective on offense at times, is because of the poor play calling by Arians. Small running backs thrown at the center of the opponents defense causing injury. Receivers running dangerous short crossing routes sustaining injuries. Big Ben getting licked repeatedly because of the lack of outlet receivers from the backfield.

Solution: Get rid of Bruce Arians

1) Run small backs outside and big backs inside.
2) On every play, Big Ben should have one or two outlet receivers one from the backfield and the other a TE. Don't use Moore or Parker to block but to be there when Ben is in trouble.
3) Minimum 3 wide receiver set on every play (prefer four to really open it up) with at least two routes longer than 10 yards.
4) I repeat, use the TE! The reason they are called TE and not OT is that the QB can throw the ball to them!!! USe the friggin TE Arians!!!!!

Stop the Cleveland Browns from paying Arians to make our offense sputter!
Wake up Arians or we'll send you back to Cleveland!

I was between the blocking sled and the footballs and went for the blocking sled only because not every person throwing the football is going to be able to zing it, let alone hit him.

As the blocking sled, the weight of each lineman landing on him as well as the LBs and DBs running through him should bring new light to his playbook.

Solution to this ongoing bullshit around here . . . lock the thread.

Geez Louise people - with all of the exciting guys the Steelers drafted and TC coming up in a few months, don't we have anything better to discuss???
