Prayers for a dear friend.....
I recently received an email from a dear friend who served our country. He is suffering terribly from the after effects of combat. I ask you to pray for my friend that he finds peace and comfort in his difficult times. I am also praying for ALL of you who have selflessly sacrificed for our country.

Father, I pray that you would give peace and emotional soundness to this man who sacrificed so much for his countrymen. May he feel loved and appreciated and honored, but mostly Lord, may he feel Your presence. In Jesus name, Amen.

I always pray for our servicemen and women who so courageously give of themselves to defend our country.
  I will say some extra prayers for your friend, Tom, and ask God to continue to protect and comfort him.
