Apparently the Stars have offered Scuderi 4 years, $13-14 million. Have a nice career, Scuds, and your welcome for the ring. Too bad you won't be winning another one.

Honestly though, good for him if this is true - it's an overpayment by about a million bucks per year, but he's earned it. He was the Pens best defensive D-man all year.

Darren Dreger is reporting that it's a done deal. Now, the ultimate kick in the balls would be if Detroit wins the Cup next year, and gets there by beating Hossa and the Hawks along the way.

now with Hossa, Detroit will probably have to go through Chicago again.

Wonder if they try and move Huet at some point

Rumor is that it is a 12 year, $62 million contract, per TSN. The Hawks are officially screwed when it comes time to re-sign all their young talent.

Also, Craig Anderson got 2 years, $3.6 million, the Blues signed Ty Conklin to a 2 year, $2.6 million and the Bolts just signed Matt Walker to a 4 year, $6.8 million deal, all per TSN.

Ty Conklin signed a two year deal with St. Louis. Mathieu Garon was another goalie there were looking at, i guess they still may go that way too

Bolts are really addressing that Defense, i like that signing. Matt Walker is one of those old school no non-sense type of players. Dislocated his finger, left the game and 5 minutes later was back in the game

I figured Conklin would end up in Colorado.
