Hopefully Ben Did NOT Have his Hand in the Cookie Jar....
The lawyer for Ben Roethlisberger denies allegations from a civil suit that his client was involved in a sexual assault of a Harrah's Casino employee in Nevada.
The civil suit, rooted out by our own Gregg Rosenthal, alleges that Big Ben sexually assaulted Andrea McNulty after asking her to come to his hotel room to fix the television. The incident in question was in July of 2008. "Ben has never sexually assaulted anyone; especially Andrea McNulty," attorney David Cornwell said. Roethlisberger faces several civil charges, including assault, sexual assault and battery, and false imprisonment. It's unknown if McNulty has pursued criminal charges yet.
