for fantasy football. Caught this on the NFL channel this morning.
http://fantasyfiles.nfl.com/2009/07/...ntonio-holmes/ Then check out the video of Flacco... http://fantasyfiles.nfl.com/2009/07/...jf-joe-flacco/ BTW at 10:00 AM they are playing the 08 AFC Championship game Steelers/Ratbirds there seems to be a discussion as to whether those videos are "real" or "staged" They both look real to me.

They most definitely aren't real. They are composited shots. I worked with a guy who worked on the Marc Bulger and Marques Colston spots a 2 years ago.
Clever shooting, a little motion tracking, and a lot of rotoscoping. Movie magic baby! I love the Holmes one though, and Flacco's was pretty sweet too. Too bad is is playing for such a crappy team! |

Never saw the Santo one before. That one looks really good. Not really sure how they pulled that off. I've seen the Flacco one a couple times. I can see the movie magic a bit more easily in that one.

Aw, those things aren't real? I have to admit I'm a little disappointed. I should have known, of course, but a little part of me wanted to believe those players were just.that.good. and could really pull off those spectacular stunts. Oh well - you live and you learn, and the commercials are still a lot of fun.

those videos are sick. it reminds me of the Powerade commercials from back in the day when Michael Vick chucks the ball from his own 30 yard line into the opposite field stands. it looks fake, but something about it has to be real.
the Flacco one was pretty crazy...but seriously, FLACCO!? i would've taken a better quarterback. you know, like Bernie Kosar or J.P. Losman! haha!
