My Steelers room project
Yuuuup, I've decided to reward myself with a steelers room...painting was a complete pain in the ass. The home depot guy recommended the wrong primer, which was a grey. It turned the PIT GOLD color green after the first coat, and I had to apply 4 more coats to get it looking right. The black went on great, only needed 2 coats, but I prolly could have gotten away with 1. The borders are on the way. I found a seller on eBay that sells diamond plate style vinyl in different colors. check em out

I did my office in a Cleveland Indians theme (don't ask - I've been a Steeler fan since 1972 anyways). Trust me, you're not wanna come out of your man cave.
My only thought is to add a nice desk/chair. You can get them at Staples. Desk was about $250; mine's in cherry. The chair was about the same and it's leather. Believe me, you'll want a nice chair and desk to complete the look.

my son and I redecorated his room with Black N Gold as well. But he helped alot and he is only now 5, so its not the prettiest thing, but he helped me and thats all that counts to me... But I love what you have done and what your gonna do... so good luck with your project

Please don't quote all of the pictures unless you're actually referencing something in them.
The room looks great BTW. Now if I can only talk my wife into this.... I do know that once the kids have flown the coop, the basement is mine. :)
