I just thought of the perfect picture......

Now, We need to win the two more SB's (of course).

You have this picture....................................

But with Hines ward having 4 rings... and standing next to him is Lynn Swann with the first 4 rings. Two fists pointed at the camera.

Now THAT...would be a beautiful picture!

Other players and fans of other teams call Hines a dirty player but this article perfectly explains why Pittsburgh loves, loves, loves Hines Ward!

Hopefully, this quote is a hint to what Hines wants to do after retirement..........stay an integral part of the team in a coaching role! Stay as long as you want, Hines!

And for Stallworth to go out and have his engineering company and actually be a part of the team now, the success they have now, that’s where I want to be down the road.
"We're not going to turn our backs on him," Ward said. "We're going to treat him like our brother. We're going to accept him back and be very supportive of him and help him get through this. In this locker room, he's still our quarterback."

Just heard Hines on ESPN radio yesterday.

Tghey asked the same old tired question about "what else do you hope to accomplish"?

He laughed and responded that he thought people asked him that question as a round-about way of asking "How much longer to you rhink you will play"?

He said that when he started, people had a score of "reasons" why he wouldnt make it as a pro...now he looks at his accomplishments and he feels like he has lived the dream and it makes him the happiest man on the field...He said that he wouldnt mind catching 10,000 passes, but if he didnt, he would still have had a great ride and a career beyond his own expectations.
