Default Rebuke Joe Wilson ? really ?

OK, with everything congress SHOULD be dealing with - healthcare reform, cap and trade, war in Afghanastan, you know, the nations business - they instead choose to take up time on a resolution introduced in the House of Representatives to rebuke Joe Wilson for his outburst during wednesday nights Presidential address.

Yes, Congressman Joe Wilson was out of line, but COME ON !!!!!!!!!

1. He's already called and formerly apologized to President Obama. President Obama graciously accepted the apology.

2. This is pure partisan

3. Where was the apology from the democratic members of both houses that openly boo'd during Bushs addresses.

4. If disent can't be shown during a Presidential address, neither should approval through loud applause and standing ovations. Fair, right ?

5. Grow a set House Liberals.

I'd rather they be doing this than thinking up new ways to piss on the Constitution.

As is well known around these parts, I am not a fan of Obaaaaama, but what Wilson pulled was totally outrageous, immature and disrespectful. No matter which side of the fence you're on politically, it was flat-out dead WRONG.

Yes it was wrong, but how many times does the guy need to apologize?

He apologized once in public and he apologized privately to the messiah him self and they still pull this b.s.

At it's worst, this was a slight of decorum. It was an emotion (you people are familiar with the term "emote". yes?) at the bull@#$% spewing forth from the unduly "elected" "POTUS". Wilson apologized. I wouldn't have. Move the @#$% along.

Yes, they clearly aren't focused on the "people's business"...

Congressional gridlock is a beautiful thing. You don't want these er, um, representatives doing anything meaningful.

Wilson was out of line for shouting, but I don't see ANYONE calling Democrats out over booing during the state of the union address in 2005(isn't that right Democrats?)

While I think Obaaaaaama is the biggest joke to ever hold office as POTUS and I slam him right and left on an internet BB, I would NEVER disrespect him or any past or future President like that in person. However, I might erupt in a series of uncontrollable coughs while he is speaking or flip him the bird under the seat in front of me.

Hey - all politicians lie don't they?
