Thing is, that although Lefty hasn't played up to the potential he showed as backup for us last year, the bucs 3 game skid isn't all his fault. When the defense doesn't tackle and Lefty is getting hit from every direction, the offense is bound to sputter.

Nope, he's just not starting QB material. He proved that in Jacksonville. Excellent backup, though. Jake Plummer would still be drawing a paycheck from the NFL if he would've swallowed his pride long enough to realize he was the same way.
